Letter: Support conservation district

In the 1990s and early 2000s, the Clark Conservation District did an immense amount of work on Lockwood Creek bordering our property. Afterwards, the fish returned because their habitat had been restored, access to the creek was cleared, the integrity of the banks had been reinforced, animals could again cross the creek, and a real difference was made at no cost to us.
